Yes. Direct primary care is not insurance. We recommend keeping coverage for emergencies, hospitalization, specialists, imaging, and services outside the membership.
Obesity medicine & medical weight management
Weight is part of your health—not a measure of your worth. Our physician-led program considers your goals, medical history, sleep, nutrition, movement, mental health, lab results, and medications.
Medication is never guaranteed and is prescribed only when medically appropriate. Individual results vary.
Perimenopause & menopause care
Changes in sleep, periods, comfort, and how you feel deserve a thoughtful conversation.
Menopause care at Laurel Trail connects symptom evaluation with the rest of your health. We take time to understand what has changed, consider other possible causes, and discuss options together.
Discuss hot flashes, night sweats, changing periods, sleep disruption, vaginal dryness, and sexual-health concerns—without having to decide on your own what is “just menopause.”
Explore lifestyle support, nonhormonal treatments, and hormone therapy when appropriate. Your history, preferences, benefits, and risks guide the conversation.
Bring bone health, cardiovascular risk, metabolic health, and preventive care into the same ongoing relationship, with follow-up as your needs change.
Simple, transparent pricing
Membership fees are billed monthly. Final inclusions and enrollment terms will be confirmed before opening.
